The 2017 Vintage Sparkling Rose is a blend of traditional champagne grapes: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. Barrel fermented and made in the Traditional Method in the bottle. Complex yet seriously delicious with lifted aromatics of cherries and strawberries with floral notes and a creamy texture with hints of brioche and roasted nuts. 

The Cuvee Blanc is also made in the traditional method by the acclaimed 'Queen of Bubbles', Natalie Fryer. Partially barrel fermented in French Oak with aged reserve wine, this is a seriously good sparkling wine to enjoy now and talk about long after.

Perfectly paired with Cuvee's ever popular Soleo Milk and Blanc de Caramel Chocolate's and served in Plumm's Vintage Sparkling glasses. Designed in Melbourne, these fine European crystal glasses have been selected and served in over 1500 of Australia's best restaurants.
