From the Peninsula's favourite pasta makers is an Island Pasta classic Salsa Di Pomodoro Sauce with handmade Torchietti.

Drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil from Ridge Estate for an extra dose of deliciousness.

For the cheeseboard, an Acacia Wood Cheese Board, some salted pistachios and cashews and complete with a divine Cuvee Chocolate Blanc de Caramel for a sweet chocolate treat.
